rootandClaude Opus 5.5 c85d4a82f9 Drop Xdebug install and xdebug.ini copy from Dockerfile 
Completes bcaaf8e, which removed xdebug.ini but left the Dockerfile
still referencing it.

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 bcaaf8e882 Remove Xdebug from production image 
Xdebug was installed and loaded twice (docker-php-ext-enable plus
xdebug.ini), with mode=debug and start_with_request=yes, so every
request tried to reach a debugger.
