Remove Xdebug from production image

Xdebug was installed and loaded twice (docker-php-ext-enable plus xdebug.ini), with mode=debug and start_with_request=yes, so every request tried to reach a debugger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
